MLM Home Business – Pyramid Scheme or Some Illegal Thing?
posted in List Marketing |In today’s MLM Home Business market you hear about different views on the various companies, their services and products and the MLM Home Business world in general. There are those that seem to relate to the MLM Home Business as one of those pyramid things or pyramid scheme as some others might call it. The fact is that people whom call it one of those pyramid schemes or things are just not informed or educated somewhat about the company structure or pay plan.
The fact that an MLM Home Business has a multi level pay structure doesn’t exactly make it a pyramid. In fact the opposite could be accurate. If you take a look at the corporate structure of the majority of traditional brick and mortar business models that most of the masses work in, they are in essence working in a pyramid style pay plan.
Many corporate and small businesses have a President/CEO on the top of the pay structure whom generally gets noticeably bigger pay than others in the company. Then there are a couple of Vice Presidents that bring in less than the President/CEO but considerably more than their sub-ordinates below them. Then of course you have the higher level Supervisors that take care of different parts of the company and they make less money than the Vice Presidents but more than the Assistant Supervisors. Then you go to even more Assistant Supervisors or Department Heads that help the Supervisors and make even less money yet still make more money than their fellow workers below them. And then you now have a lot of workers production, support staff, sales and so on whom make less than all the help above them.
If you see it for what it really is you will see a pyramid pay structure. The people at the top bring in most of the money and the people at the bottom whom do most of the work bring in the least amount.
The Vice President doesn’t bring in a higher amount than the President above him. The Supervisors don’t bring in a higher amount than the Vice Presidents that are above them. The Assistant Supervisors don’t bring in a higher amount than the Supervisors above them and so on down the line to the person at the bottom of the pay structure making the least amount of money.
In an MLM Home Business pay plan you can bring in more money than people that joined the company before you and anyone above you if you put forth the effort. It doesn’t matter if you are at the top or the bottom you will make as much as the effort you put forth. There can be some variables but generally speaking the plan was created more towards promoting activity and not entry point. It is not uncommon to see someone who just got started make more in a relatively short time than the person above them whom introduced them to their MLM Home Business opportunity. The harder you promote your business the more money you can make.
