Using the ISO 22000 is going to benefit anyone or anything that has to do with food. The complexity or size of the organization doesn’t matte, small or large it can be helped with the ISO 22000.
Although a lot of people think of the animal kingdom when talking about the food chain, it’s also referring to the different stages in making and eating food. It covers every single step from the first production to when it’s eaten. Specifically, the steps included are producing, distributing, storing, and handling of every food ingredient and food.

It should be remembered that this list is not all encompassing when it comes to who can benefit from ISO 22000. The point to remember is that any business or organization that comes into contact with food will benefit from using ISO 22000.
