Win EU Business Awards and Get Admiration and Respect

posted in Bricks and Mortar Business |

A company’s success is not only measured in terms of its monetary value but also by its standing in the industry, and business awards are a way of acknowledgment of this success. To win any of these awards it is required that the company is not involved in any controversies or wrong acts, which could easily devoid the company of the many benefits these awards entail.

If your company fulfils these basic conditions and it operates in the European Union, then you can participate in the European Business Awards, which are held in high esteem worldwide. Be sure to go over to business excellence awards to see the benefits such an award could bring to your company.

The European Business Awards is a self-financing undertaking that was started in 2007 by Adrian Tripp, who also played a key role in the UK National Business Awards. It is sponsored by entities like Atradius, Infosys, RSM International, and bigmouthmedia and the major media partner is the Wall Street Journal. The stated objective of these business awards is to endorse quality, fair means, and novelty in European companies.

Winners in ten competition categories are rewarded as part of these business awards, but only those businesses, which are based in the European Union, can participate. Participants are given six months to fill in their entries and the nominations begin in the month of May. A medal is awarded to those who manage to reach the last round of the contest, and they are called the Ruban d Honneur recipients. The eventual winners in all ten categories get the much sought after European Business Awards trophies.

The latest episode of this glamorous business awards event was held in Rome. While most companies in Europe are struggling to keep their head over the waters of recession, all the Ruban d Honneur recipients were companies that had recorded an increase of no less than 50 per cent in their profits last year.

This year’s results show that if you plan to enter these business awards, then the timing of your entry is critical. You must make sure that you enter the competition in a year when your company’s performance is clearly superior to the competitors.
